Winter Jam NYC on Saturday!

Hello Green Team Volunteers!
Winter Jam NYC 2011 is just around the corner!

For those of you registered to volunteer at Winter Jam, the information below is for you. Please note that registration for Winter Jam volunteers is now full.

For those who are not volunteering for this event, please come enjoy the event anyway and make sure to sign up for one of our upcoming events.

VOLUNTEER INFO:
When you arrive at Prospect Park, enter at Ocean Ave. and Lincoln Rd. and make sure to check in with Tong or Steve at the Recycling/GreenTeam table at the start of your shift. There are two shifts for volunteers.
Those in the first shift should report promptly at 10:30am and those in the second shift at 1:30pm.

WEATHER:

Keep in mind, Saturday looks like it is going to be a cold, rain and snow-filled day, perfect for winter activities, but make sure you wear lots of layers, gloves, and a hat to stay warm!

If you have not yet applied for our Still Seeking Deputy Director of Recycling position yet and are interested, there is still time to apply. Please follow the simple steps:

1. Make sure that you are available and able to be at Prospect Park in Brooklyn on Sat., Feb. 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Register as a Recycling Volunteer for Winter Jam here: www.nyc.gov/parks/greenteam
